To maintain the integrity of the financial accounting function in accordance with sound accounting practices, company policy and legislative requirements for the retail division and its subsidiaries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Relevant Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification (BCom Accounting and/or Management Accounting)

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• At least 2 - 3 years’ relevant financial experience
• Advanced knowledge and experience with spreadsheets
• Excellent administration skills
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Good time-management skills
• Good conflict management skills

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in the retail and procurement industry will be advantageous
• Bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
• SAIPA will be advantageous
