BRANCH MANAGER
We need an experience manager to run our retail store. Despite business savvy he/she must have the ability to care for people, manage inventory and ensure that our customers have an awesome experience when they visiting the branch.
Qualification, Experience and Knowledge
- Relevant Qualification with 5 years retail experience as a shop manager.
- At least 10 years FMCG experience, preferably in a nationally recognized organisation.
- Knowledge of the Agricultural Industry
- Ability to communicate in English and Afrikaans

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Manage the shop as if it is your own.
- Ensure efficient Inventory control.
- Personnel Management
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security
- Receive feedback and monitor the quality of customer services provided.
