Job Description
We are looking for a Social Media, Online Shop & Marketing Coordinator to elevate our retail department’s digital presence and drive traffic to our online store. If you have a passion for digital marketing, content creation, online engagement as well as General Marketing, then this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an integrated social media strategy aligned with company marketing objectives.
- Create engaging and original content (copy, captions, images, and video) across all social media platforms, maintaining a strong brand presence.
- Monitor and manage customer interactions, responding to comments and inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, social media updates, and emerging digital strategies.
- Analyse content performance, generate reports, and optimise engagement strategies.
- Drive blog content plans and develop newsletters to enhance outreach.
- Oversee website updates, ensuring accurate product listings and promotional content..
- Plan and schedule social media campaigns using management tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader campaigns.
- Represent the company at trade shows and market days, ensuring strong brand visibility.
- Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials and support campaign execution.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Digital Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in an office environment.
- 3+ years of experience in digital content creation.
- 3+ years of experience managing an online store, including SEO optimisation and analytics.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Experience in print media, marketing and online retail strategies.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, content generation, and sales concepts.
- Track record of successfully managing social media accounts and developing effective digital strategies.
